• With transfer - you pay after the order. Number of account will be sent in e-mail, confirming order receipt. The delivery will be sent as soon as money comes in our account. You will be informed about delivery in separate e-mail.

Minimal value of order

Minimal value of order is €15 (without costs of delivery). To orders of value lower than €15 additional payment is added. Amount of additional payment is equal to the remainder between minimal value of order (€15, without costs of delivery) and value of ordered goods.

Example: Client orders goods for €13,5 (without costs of delivery). Minimal value of order is €15. Amount of additional payment is: €15 - €13,5 = 1,5€.

Why did Internet shop ELLA introduce additional payment?

Additional payment covers constant costs of service of order, including materials for packings. In case of the minimal value of order, costs of its realisation are higher than benefit from sold goods. In care to maintain attractive prices of offered goods, we decided to introduce additional payment to the orders of lower value.

To avoid additional payment we propose to place orders of higher value, i.e. together with friends or family.

These services assure high standards of security and confidentiality of data during realisation of transactions.

Invoices

We attach VAT invoice to each order. Data on the invoice will be placed in the same form as it has been inserted in the form.
