We do not accept any deliveries sent back, paid on delivery.
In case of complaint equivalence of postal fee will be given back immediately after receipt of delivery and complaint.
In case of goods sent back without specification of cause, costs will be covered by Client.

Complaints - if article has fabric defect or has been damaged during delivery, please send it with normal postal mail together with delivered invoice and description of cause of complaint.

The product will be exchanged on product of full value, otherwise (for example because of depletion of resources), we will offer other products, available in our shop, or we give all money back.

Returns

If article hasn’t been used and in any case damaged or utilised, it can be sent back without specification of purpose within 10 days from the date of receipt of delivery, in concordance with Polish Law from 2 March 2000 about the safeguard of some consumers' laws and about the responsibility for the damage caused by dangerous product.

Please send back returned goods via post together with delivered invoice. We guarantee return of the product’s value. However we do not return costs of the delivery.
